Barry Levin Property Group was established in 1976 with Mr Bernard Charles Levin at the helm. With over 45 years of experience and a long standing reputation of knowledge in the Commercial and Industrial property industry, you can rest assured that your Property needs are in good hands.
BLPG currently comprises of 18 buildings throughout Gqeberha and Johannesburg, all of which are serviced and maintained daily so that our tenants will always take pride in their environment. Our properties and units range from 100m² to 3000m² in size and host a variety of small, medium and large sized businesses.
The Team at BLPG prides themselves in assisting our tenants with all their property requirements and needs, as timeously and efficiently as possible. Their goal is to help you find your ideal space and to grow within the Group’s portfolio. Our tenants rarely leave this family-type property Group as their growth needs are usually accommodated within our Group.
